  18. It is a full version, but if you don't have VC++ 4.1 installed, it will 
  19. want your 4.0 CD-ROM key (and CD-ROM) to verify you are an authorized 
  20. user.

  23. to read it...(5 minutes to save making a silly post or to alert the world 
  24. that you are doing a ripoff...I hope it's the former...)
